isn't it a waste of time to hack till high level and then get banned in the end?

I met this guy when he was level 70 Spearman. He has 2 characters. Apparently he screwed up one of them but I don't remember which one. One of them was level 71 Spearman. I guess he over-botted. Today, chenke987R is level 83 Dragon Knight.
